Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your stuff! Returns of eligible items are accepted for for any reason within 30 days of your receipt of the order. To start a return, contact us at support@slowpokesupplyco.com with your order number for instructions and shipping information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Customers are responsible for postage costs on all returns. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products, patterns, or any other digital product
- Booklets and Patterns
- Products sold as "Last Call" items at the time of purchase
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@slowpokesupplyco.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact support@slowpokesupplyco.com with a description of the issue(s) and photos of the damage (if applicable) within 10 days of your receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship, or refund if we’re not notified within those first 10 days.
Orders Not Received
If your order gets lost in shipment or is not delivered due to our error, contact us at support@slowpokesupplyco.com so we can make it right.
No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages, for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipment information provided by the buyer, or for orders that have been marked as delivered by the delivery service.
