Order Processing

We typically ship within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping option chosen at checkout. Shipping times are indicated at checkout, but please note these are not guarantees. 

During peak times and sales, shipping may be delayed. If we won't be able to ship your order within 2 business days, we will update you with an estimated ship date.

All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). After your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. 

Shipping labels are created using the information you provide during checkout. Please ensure that all information is correct before placing your order, as we are not responsible for errors or omissions in the shipping address. 

Where We Ship

We are pleased to offer shipping services for all orders within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Shipping Fees 

Orders over $75 ship for FREE!

The fee for standard shipping will automatically be waived for orders over $75 during checkout - no codes needed. Please note that taxes, gift cards, or shipping add-ons do not count towards the Free Shipping total.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your zip code and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Insurance

USPS Priority shipments are automatically insured for up to $100. If you would like to purchase insurance for orders over $100, you can select this option during checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact support@slowpokesupplyco.com with a description of the issue(s) and photos of the damage and packaging (if applicable) within 10 days of your receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship, or refund if we’re not notified within those first 10 days.

If your package was damaged by the delivery service, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier

Orders Not Received

If your order gets lost in shipment or is not delivered due to our error, contact us at support@slowpokesupplyco.com so we can make it right. 

No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages, for orders not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipment information provided by the buyer that are not returned to Slowpoke Supply Co. by the carrier, or for orders that have been marked as delivered by the delivery service. 

If an order is not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the order. If you do not agree to pay to have the package reshipped, items will be returned to stock and a refund for the item(s) only will be processed, less a 20% restocking fee on the the total order cost before shipping. No refund will be issued for the original shipping fees.
